Visit to “Menade by Secala”, the winery built by the first Sanz generation in 1820, based in the village of La Seca (4km from Rueda). Here we will walk around our history and taste 3 aged wines:

 

  • La Misión.
  • Sobrenatural.
  • Adorado.

 

Visit to Menade, the winery located in Rueda. Here we will discover our “eco-logical” relationship with the vineyard, our pollination garden, its insects’s hotel and the elaboration. Then we will taste 5 wines paired with small bites made by local producers.

La Custodia is the secret treasure of a family and its closely knit wine making team who, despite its miniscule production, are keen to share its glories with you and honour the spirit in which it was made.
